A Year on the Road (and Off It!) – 2025 at Cotswold Fridge Hire

Well, what a year it's been. From bustling city streets to remote rural venues, 2025 has taken Cotswold Fridge Hire to every corner of the country and what a journey it’s been. As we wave goodbye to another season, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, hired from us, driven our trailers and recommended us along the way.

From weddings to weight-loss jabs, Royal Ascot to Glastonbury, we've been proud to keep Britain cool in every sense of the word.

Festivals, Weddings & Big Days Out 

This year saw our fridge and freezer trailers stationed at some truly amazing places. We chilled wine behind-the-scenes at dreamy country events at Shuckburgh Hall, kept things fresh backstage at music festivals (yes, including the Glastonbury), and supplied extra cold storage for outdoor events, horse trials, charity runs and summer fairs up and down the country.

One of our favourite partnerships this year was supporting Laura's Tractor Charity Road Run, helping raise money and awareness for the farming community. We've worked with event caterers, florists, DJs and even a magician or two! From fields in Exmoor to the tarmac of Wales, our mobile fridge trailers have been working hard behind the scenes.

Nationwide & Non-Stop 

Our reach in 2025 really was nationwide. We’ve travelled across Wales, down to Cornwall, up into Scotland and just about everywhere in between. Whether you needed refrigeration for a breakdown in London or emergency freezer storage in the Lake District, we were there.

We’ve had some breakdown callouts too, from Mollie’s Motel & Diner to some of the UK’s busiest restaurants and farm shops. Our Arctic lorry refrigeration has been out, and our fleet has kept on growing, helping us respond quickly to emergencies across the UK.

Growth & Gratitude 

The end of the year saw us diving into some bigger, bolder projects, namely our modular cold room installations. These walk-in cold rooms have been built for commercial sites, clinics and catering operations who needed long-term refrigeration without the fuss.

We’ve expanded our services, our offering and our team. New seasonal drivers joined us for the busiest months, and we were lucky enough to welcome the newest (and tiniest!) member of the Cotswold Fridge Hire family – baby Primrose.

We’ve also started to offer ice and cool box packages, added more options to our trailers, and provided tailored refrigeration solutions for clients in hospitality, healthcare, retail and beyond.

2026, We’re Ready for You

Whether you’re planning a wedding, prepping for a food festival, or need emergency fridge hire on a Sunday evening in January, we’ll be here, trailers at the ready.
